7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

1. Contact us after the estimated delivery date + 10 business days

2. We will investigate with the carrier

3. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation

• Please provide a secure delivery address

• Consider using signature confirmation for high-value orders

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

9. Address Errors

If You Made an Address Error

• Contact us immediately before shipping

• If already shipped, we cannot redirect the package

• You will need to pay for reshipping to the correct address

• We will reship at no extra cost to you
