2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

• Your order number

• Product name

• Reason for return

• Photos (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and send you:

• Return approval or denial

• Return shipping address (if approved)

• Return authorization number

Step 3: Ship the Product

• Pack the product securely in original packaging

• Include the return authorization number

• Ship to the address provided

Step 4: Refund Processing

• We will inspect the returned product

• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

• You will receive a refund confirmation email

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item:
